BEASTLY BAZ - HOME OF LEGENDS AND LEGENDESSES

The most legendary car in Burgess Hill. Owned by Minor Celebrity Peter Chapman, the Chap Mobile is up there with the greats of the automobile world - Herby, Knightrider, Brum and the Chap Mobile. Such is its legendary status, that it often comes under attack from people wanting to get close to this famous car. The attackers are the Mac Industries team - this is Legends Paradise, so it is only right that we devote a page to a legendary car - the Chap Mobile

CLING FILM

The big one! This was the one we had been planning for a while. With the Chap Mobile being leased out to the BHU Office Cleaner, we had to move the attack forward. It was off to Wilkinson on the Friday afternoon. We purchased 4 rolls of cling film from Steven Denver. We then waited - waited until the dead of the night. 10pm, and we made our move. Jamie Farhall and Mike Fletcher having consumed beers, and Scott McCarthy a bottle of wine, we made our way to the Chap Mobile. Here we began - we got the cling film wound round the mirrors, and tied the back of the tow bar to the windscreen wiper. We found a sign, and placed it onto the front. There was sound coming from the offices, we ran back to McCarthy Towers, where Scott picked up sleeping equipment for an overnight stay at the Fletcher Family Residence. We then returned, and began work on the cars body. Scott under the car, Jamie above, Mike in the middle. Mike passes a roll to Scott, he pulls it under, passes it to Jamie, who throws it to Mike. And so it went on, until 2 old people came out, asked what we were doing and threatened to call the police. Mike and Jamie legged it, Scott, stuck under the car, managed to get out, grab his sleeping equipment and also legged it - they rendeavoed at Mikes house, and reflected on a successfull evening. The photos were taken the following morning by Mr Peter Chapman
